Orage de grêle mercredi soir. Jeudi, tour dans les vignes pour voir les dégâts. Un hectare a été bien touché, sur notre vigne situé à "la crotte" (nom de la contrée). Comme vous pouvez voir sur la photo, les feuilles sont bien abîmées. Et pas moyen de rentrer dans la vigne pour faire un traitement contre le mildiou, car il pleut tous les jours, donc risque de maladie au maximum! La saison commence plutôt mal.................
Violent hailstorm Wednesday evening, Thierry spent part of Thursday morning touring the vineyards to see what kind of damage had been done. One hectare (2 acres) was badly hurt. As you can see in the photo, the leaves have been ruined, and because the off and on rain is preventing us from getting into the vineyards to treat for mildew, there's a maximum risk of an attack ! The season is not getting off to a good start......
